The Best Abs Workout

If you have ever wanted six pack abs there is a good chance you have been in search for the ultimate abs workout. More people would have six pack abs and would save hundreds of dollars on useless fat burning pills and gimmicks if they just knew the proper way to exercise.

With over 15 years experience helping others, training myself, training for sports, spending countless hours in the gym, AND actually conducting laboratory research studies on different exercise methods, I’m pretty confident in knowing what works and what does not. I’ve test about every abs workout you can think of.

Exercise is very important when it comes to maintaining optimal health and fitness. The side effect from the type of workouts I teach will be that you naturally will develop chiseled and ripped abs without doing endless ab workouts.

Use bodyweight exercises to warm-up, strength training supersets to build muscle, and then finish your workout with interval training to burn fat in a short amount of time. I’ve structured my system so that you are in and out of the gym in 45 minutes, three times per week.

Three Days Per Week Abs Workout

Don’t waste time warming up on a treadmill or the stationary bike. The only good that does is preparing your body to do even more biking or walking on a treadmill – and that isn’t the way to melt fat off your body! Doing bodyweight exercises as a warm up will not only burn more calories, warm up the joints and muscles, and get your heart pumping, it will prepare you to be able to do a really efficient calorie busting workout. You’ll get an abs workout in there as well. Now before you start thinking these workouts are going to be a cakewalk, it’s far from it. These workouts are challenging and force your body to adapt and burn more calories while working more of your muscles and core. You don’t have to stress about what to do for your next abs workout because it is built into these workouts. You’re probably wondering why you haven’t been doing this your whole life!

This is pretty simple to do. By using supersets you’ll be able to do two exercises back to back without really having to take much of a break in between. Typically you will be working opposing muscle groups with these supersets which allows one muscle group to rest while you are training the other. The benefit is that your heart rate stays high and you can actually cut your training time in half just with this technique.  Follow this program and you will never do an endless crunch abs workout ever again.
